Read the length carefully

The maker states “stretchable 17–29 inches” and, in the same bullet, a maximum of 30 inches (74 cm). The title says 78 cm.

Take 43 cm as the minimum, which all three statements agree on. Confirm the maximum with the seller before planning a wall around it — this page will not choose between a manufacturer’s three figures.
