Read the length twice

The title says 80 cm.

The dimension line says 23.62 in × 5.7 in × 9.4 in — which is 60 × 14.5 × 24 cm.

Those are twenty centimetres apart on an object you are about to fix permanently to a wall between a basin and a door. This page reports both figures rather than picking the one that sounds better, and the seller is the person to ask.

What you are getting

Three bars is real drying capacity

Arranged in height and depth, so each towel hangs with air around it. The maker states ventilation as the purpose, and that is correct: towels dry by airflow, not by warmth.
