What you are getting

40 cm long. How much towel it takes.
1.9 cm bar. How it feels, and how much a wet towel sags around it.
5 cm projection. How far it stands off the wall — which decides whether you catch it walking past, and whether a thick towel presses against the tiles.
That is everything a towel rail is, and it is all published.
Brushed, not polished
A brushed finish hides water spots and fingerprints. Polished chrome shows every one, in a room where everything is wet twice a day.
The single bar, and what it costs
A towel over one bar hangs folded double, with two wet faces touching each other.
That is the slowest way to dry a towel. In a bathroom with an extractor it does not matter much; in one without, it is why towels smell.
Two rails in this hub have three bars or a sliding depth for exactly this reason.
Screws only
No adhesive option. On a tiled wall in your own home that is the stronger fixing anyway; in a rental where nothing may be drilled, two rails in this hub offer both.
