A tall narrow cabinet is the most efficient storage in a small bathroom and the least stable object in it. Every serious maker supplies an anti-tip anchor and instructs you to fix the unit to the wall; follow those instructions, particularly with children in the house. On the cabinet itself, the specification that decides usefulness is shelf spacing and whether it is adjustable — fixed shelves at 25 cm will not take a tall bottle, and half the volume of a column is wasted by shelves in the wrong place.
