Corrections
If anything on this site is wrong — a specification, a price band, a claim about how a product behaves — say so. Corrections are acted on, and the page carries the date.
Questions about bathroom fittings
All of them are read, and what can be answered is answered. A question that comes up several times usually ends up as a page of its own.
Brands and PR
Technical information, specifications and corrections from manufacturers are welcome. To be plain about what will not happen: no payment is taken for coverage, no review is promised in return for a sample, and no sponsored article is published. Sending a product buys no place in a ranking, and offers that propose one go unanswered.
How to reach us
A message to buissonjeanbenoit9 (at) gmail.com is enough. This is a small operation, so a reply may take a few days.
Please do not send us anything confidential. This is an editorial site, not a service provider, and we cannot handle warranty claims, repairs or orders — those go to the retailer you bought from.
