The 420 mm is the one to take seriously. It is the deepest basin in this catalogue, and in a narrow bathroom that projection decides whether two people can pass in front of it.

That sentence does more work than any adjective. Mineral cast is a resin-bound mineral composite: lighter, warmer, and softer, so it scratches and dulls where fired ceramic does not. Many listings describe both as “high-quality material” and leave you to find out.

Ceramic is a fired clay body with a fused glaze. Mineral cast is a mineral filler bound in resin, moulded and coated — lighter, warmer to touch, and softer, so it scratches and can be dulled by strong cleaners. Neither is wrong; they behave differently, and most listings simply say "high quality material".
It is the deepest basin in this catalogue. In a cloakroom where you pass in front of it, 420 mm off the wall is a lot. In a bathroom with space it is what makes a basin comfortable to lean over. Measure the walking space before ordering.
