The only one with a rubber back
casa pura shaggy microfibre mat with a rubber non-slip back, 3.6 cm thick
A deep-pile microfibre mat with a rubber back — the only non-slip mat in this hub, and a listing that gives two different sizes.
Confirm the size before ordering
The title says 50 × 80 cm.
The specification line says 70 × 120 cm, 3.6 cm thick.
Those are not the same mat. Seventy by a hundred and twenty is most of a small bathroom floor. This page reports both figures rather than choosing, and the seller is the person to ask.
What you are getting
A shaggy high-pile microfibre polyester bath mat with a rubber non-slip backing, a 3.6 cm pile, washable at 40 °C, suitable for a tumble dryer, certified to OEKO-TEX 100.
The rubber back is why you would choose it
The only non-slip backing in this hub.
The three cotton mats here are plain woven textiles that can slide on polished tile. If anyone in the house is unsteady on their feet, or if your floor is glossy porcelain, that is the difference that matters.
Microfibre against cotton
Microfibre absorbs fast, dries fast, and feels softer than cotton at the same thickness.
Cotton holds more, feels more substantial, and takes a hotter wash.
Three mats here are cotton. This one is the alternative, and the pile depth — 3.6 cm — is what makes it feel like a rug rather than a towel.
What the rubber costs you
Heat. A rubber-backed mat should not be washed at 90 °C, and it is not the mat for a heated floor, where constant warmth works on the backing over years.
One mat in this hub is stated as suitable for underfloor heating. This is not it.
What is not published
Pile weight. The three cotton mats here all publish g/m² and can be compared directly. This one cannot.
