What you are getting
A 300 ml cartridge of white one-component sanitary silicone, developed for wet rooms, with a fungicidal formulation carrying a stated five-year mould protection guarantee, permanently elastic and stated as UV and weather resistant.
Mould is how these joints actually fail
Not adhesion. Not cracking. Black.
A silicone joint at the bottom of a shower wall lives permanently damp, and the mould colonises the surface and then the body of the sealant. Once it is in, no cleaner brings it back — the joint gets cut out and redone.
Every sealant in this hub says “fungicidal”. This is the only one that says for how long.

That is the list of things a bathroom joint actually touches, named specifically rather than as “most building materials”. A silicone that adheres to glazed ceramic and to an enamelled steel bath is a silicone that will hold at the bath rim.
What the guarantee cannot do
A fungicide buys years in a ventilated bathroom. In a room with no extractor and a permanently wet wall, it buys fewer.
Fix the ventilation and the sealant lasts. Fix the sealant and not the ventilation, and you will be doing it again.
