The bottom line The fastest and the widest here, and the one that leaves out the height. Confirm your floor build-up before ordering a channel that will not state it.
A 100 cm stainless steel shower channel in black, with a 1.5 mm body, a reversible tileable/satin grate, a removable trap with an odour stop, a height-adjustable body and a stated average drainage of 50 l/min.
Flip it: tiled-in and nearly invisible, or satin steel as a deliberate line. It is the same channel either way, and the decision moves from the ordering stage to the tiling stage — which is where anyone actually has an opinion about it.
The highest here. One head does not need it. A large rain head plus a hand shower, both running, on a wide enclosure where water arrives at one end of the channel — that is where a fast channel stops water spreading across the floor.
Build height. Every channel has to fit inside the floor: body, trap and pipe fall between tile and slab. This listing says only that it is height-adjustable, without a range. Two channels in this hub publish theirs.
It looks excellent and it shows limescale and soap film sooner than satin steel. In hard water that is a weekly wipe rather than a monthly one.

It postpones a decision. Tiled-in, the channel almost disappears; satin steel, it reads as a deliberate line. With a reversible cover you can lay the tile and then decide, or change your mind in five years without lifting the channel.
For one shower head, yes, by a wide margin. It matters where a large rain head and a hand shower run together, or where the channel is short relative to the enclosure and all the water arrives at one point.
