What you are getting

Smooth plastic is a cleaning argument

A braided metal hose has grooves, and grooves collect limescale, soap and whatever is in the water. Over years they go grey in the recesses and stay that way.

A smooth surface wipes. That is the practical case for plastic, and it is a better one than it sounds in a hard-water bathroom.

Two metres

The longest hose in this hub. It reaches the far end of a bath and the floor of a tray for rinsing.

In a small cubicle it will coil on the floor when the head is docked. Worth deciding before ordering.

The seals, already fitted
