What you are getting

A 300 ml cartridge of one-component acetoxy-cure sanitary silicone in C01 white, fungicidal and bacteriostatic, classified EMICODE EC 1 Plus for very low emissions, with 50 % movement capability, adhesion without primer on tiles, aluminium and painted wood, and a range of 84 colours.

Naming the chemistry is the most useful line here

Acetoxy cure. It smells of vinegar as it sets, and that smell is acetic acid being released.

That tells you where it belongs: excellent on glass, glazed ceramic and tile. To be checked first on some metals, natural stone and certain plastics, where acid can stain or corrode.
