What you are getting
A slate grey shower curtain, 180 × 200 cm, in 100 % water-repellent polyester, with a reinforced header carrying 12 sturdy eyelets, a weighting tape at the hem, machine washable at 40 °C on a gentle cycle, certified to OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100.
The instruction nothing else here gives
40 °C, gentle cycle.
Every curtain in this hub is “machine washable”. Only this one says at what temperature and on what programme.
That matters because a water-repellent finish is what a hot wash destroys first. Wash a treated curtain at 60 °C and it comes out clean, soft, and no longer repellent.
Not the fabric. The eyelets. They carry the full wet weight and take the drag every time the curtain is pulled along the rail.
A reinforced header spreads that load. Once an eyelet tears out, the curtain is finished, and no amount of fabric quality changes it.
The certification
OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 — a named, checkable textile standard for tested harmful substances. It is the only textile certification anywhere in this hub.
Check before ordering
Rings and hooks are not stated as supplied. Two curtains in this hub include twelve. If you are replacing a curtain you already have hooks, and if not, they are a few euros extra.
