What you are getting

Three things nothing else here has
A named material. 100 % natural rubber, not “free of BPA”.
Real drainage holes. Integrated, so water circulates instead of sitting between the mat and the tray. Two mats in this hub describe a “structure”; this one has holes.
A 70 °C wash. The temperature at which a wash sanitises. Two mats here state 30 °C, which cleans.
Together those three are the whole argument for paying a few euros more.
The latex question
Natural rubber is latex.
Two mats in this hub state specifically that they are latex-free, and they say so because it matters to some households. If it matters in yours, that is the deciding fact and this is the wrong mat.
The size
43 × 43 cm, against 53 × 53 for everything else here. Fine in a standard cubicle or a small bath; noticeably less coverage in a large tray.

A non-slip mat improves grip underfoot; it is not a fall-prevention device, and where genuine fall prevention is required — a care setting, a bathroom adapted for someone at risk — that is a matter for grab rails, a seat, and advice from someone who has seen the room.
