Stainless shower sets, sold by their dimensions

What the catalogue shows

Shower columns and rail sets, mostly in stainless steel, in chrome and black finishes.

Why the bracket spacing is the number

A rail set is nearly always replacing one already screwed to a tiled wall. If the new brackets land on the old holes it is a ten-minute change; if they miss by three centimetres it means drilling tile. A published spacing — better still, an adjustable one — is what makes that a decision rather than a gamble.

The other measurement

Rail length, which sets how far the sliding holder travels, and therefore whether the shower suits two people of different heights.
