That last figure is the one that matters on a tiled wall: existing holes are wherever they are, and a bracket pair that adjusts across 35 cm of range will usually meet them without a new hole and a broken tile.
22 to 25 mm. So this works as a spare part as well as a set — and the plastic holder is exactly the component that snaps first on a shower rail nobody else sells parts for.
The rail is two pieces. The maker states this gives stability against deformation. It also means the sliding holder passes a joint, and how smoothly it does is worth checking on assembly.

Because the rail and the plastic holder are what fail first, and the head and hose are usually fine. Replacing the whole set to fix a snapped holder is the expensive way round.
The maker states it suits round rails of 22 to 25 mm, which covers most of what is on the market. Measure yours with a caliper or a ruler across the bar before ordering.
