What you are getting
A 7.5 m hand-fed drain auger with a quick-release chuck, metre markings along the cable, an ergonomic handle, and a stated minimum access requirement of 15 mm.
Two pieces of information nobody else gives
“The cable needs at least 15 mm of space to be introduced. Please measure before ordering.”
That is a manufacturer telling you not to buy its product if your waste is too narrow. It is the only access figure anywhere in this hub, and it prevents the commonest wasted purchase in the category.
Metre markings on the cable.
Not just “there is a blockage” but “the blockage is at 4 m”. That distinguishes a trap you can clear from a stack that needs a plumber, and it is the difference between working and guessing.
Hand-fed, deliberately
The maker’s argument: pushing the cable by hand means you feel every resistance and react to it, instead of a motor forcing a spiral into a bend.
In a bathroom full of plastic waste pipe, that is a defensible position. It is also slower.
The chuck
A quick-release chuck grips the cable at any point, so the working length between your hand and the drain stays short and controlled. A long unsupported length of spiral under torque is what kinks and what damages pipe.
