What you are getting

The inner bucket is not a detail
A bathroom bin receives things that leak.
With an inner bucket, that goes into a plastic liner-holder you lift out, empty over the toilet and rinse. Without one, it goes into the body of the bin, under the pedal linkage, where a cloth cannot reach.
All four bins in this hub have one — which tells you it is the baseline rather than a feature.
The handle on the back
Small and genuinely useful: the bin gets carried to be emptied, and the alternative is picking it up by the lid, which opens.
