The bottom line The cheapest complete set here, and the only one that lets you decide about the water saving. It publishes not a single measurement.
What you are getting
A chrome rail set with a four-mode hand shower, a separate water-saving seal, the complete fixing material and German instructions.
The washer is the good idea
Water-saving in this catalogue is almost always built in: a restriction moulded into the head that cannot be removed. Here it is a loose seal in the box.
On strong mains pressure, fit it and use less water. On a weak or gravity-fed supply, leave it out and have a usable shower. That decision belongs to whoever lives there, and this is the only set in the hub that hands it over.
What is missing, and it is everything dimensional
No rail length. No bracket spacing. No rail diameter. No hose length. A shower rail is a metal bar that has to span two holes in a tiled wall, and this listing publishes none of the numbers that decide whether it can.
If your wall is already drilled, buy a set that states its bracket range. If you are drilling fresh, this is the cheapest complete set on the page.

On sale from 15 € to 24 € on the German and Italian Amazon stores at the time of checking.
Also on sale on the British Amazon store, in the local currency: the range above is measured on the euro stores only.
The French and Spanish Amazon listings are priced above 1.6× the cheapest store, which is normally a reshipping offer rather than a local price; they are left out of the range above.
Not found on the American Amazon store, where the buy link falls back to a local search rather than to a page that does not exist.

What we like, and what we don't
Strengths
The water-saving restriction is a SEPARATE seal you fit or leave out — a choice, not a decision made for you
A four-mode head, complete fixings and German instructions, from a maker with a service telephone number
The cheapest complete set in this hub by a wide margin
Compromises
Publishes no dimension at all — no rail length, no bracket spacing, no hose length
Without a bracket spacing, whether it meets your existing holes is unknowable before it arrives
The "up to 50 %" saving has no baseline flow and no reference pressure

Questions people actually ask
Why does a separate seal matter?
Because it is reversible. Most water-saving heads restrict flow permanently and cannot be opened up. Here the restriction is a washer supplied loose: on strong mains you fit it and save water, on a weak supply you leave it out and still have a shower.
Will it fit my existing holes?
There is no way to tell from this listing — no bracket spacing is published. If you are reusing holes rather than drilling, two other sets in this hub publish a 30 to 65 cm range and are the safer choice.
