Measure the rim height and allow a few centimetres of clearance. A 150 mm rim works comfortably under 190 mm; a 180 mm rim does not. The maker states the figure is intended for a free-standing bowl, which is what this family is for.
That depends on your basin, not on the tap. A basin with an overflow needs a slotted waste; one without needs unslotted. Look inside for the small hole near the rim.
