Together those are more useful than another shelf, and they are the reason to prefer this over a plainer cabinet.

The listing does not say. That is a genuine gap on a wall cabinet, because the width has to fit the wall and the depth decides whether it is in the way. Two cabinets in this hub publish all three dimensions.
It is the item with no natural home: too bulky for a shelf, too awkward for a drawer, and usually left on the basin. A moulded holder on the side of the cabinet is a small piece of design that changes the room every morning.
