The cupboard under a bathroom basin is the dampest enclosed space in a house: cold pipes, warm air, no ventilation, doors shut. Anything stored there stays slightly wet and eventually smells.

No trap cut-out is mentioned. That is the notch in the back panel that lets the cabinet sit against the wall with the waste pipe passing through it. Without one, the cabinet stands forward of the pipe or gets cut on site.

The listing does not say, and that is the question to resolve first. Without a cut-out in the back panel, a cabinet has to sit forward of the waste pipe or be cut on site. Two units in this hub state theirs explicitly.
