It tells you how the flow is divided. The same flow through 100 nozzles gives fatter drops than through 200, which feels heavier. It is not a quality figure, but it is a real description, and it is the only one on this page.
A rain head hangs straight down. Fifteen degrees is enough to angle it off your face or towards the corner where you actually stand, and it is a number rather than "adjustable".
