Two heights, and they are not the same number
240 mm outlet height is measured from the deck. 230 mm of clearance is the space between the outlet and the sink surface. The first tells you whether the tap fits under a wall unit; the second tells you whether a stockpot fits under the tap. Publishing both is unusual and useful.
The swivel you can limit
110° or 150°, chosen at installation. A tap that swings past its sink drips on the worktop. Setting the stop where the sink ends is a small decision made once.

Why would I want to limit the swivel to 110°?
Because a tap that swings all the way round will hit a wall, a window reveal or a hob edge, and will drip on the worktop when it does. Being able to set the stop at installation is a small thing that removes a daily annoyance.
