The pull-out that answers the fitting questions: a tap hole range, a worktop thickness limit, a connection thread and a named cartridge — everything except a height.
The bottom line The tap to buy when the sink deck is the unknown. It publishes the bore, the thickness and the thread, and leaves you to guess the height.
What you are getting
A 304 stainless steel single-lever kitchen mixer with a ceramic cartridge, swivelling through 360°, whose spray pulls out to 40 cm and switches between a laminar jet and a spray.
The three fitting figures
Ø33 to 38 mm tap hole. Wide enough for an older 33 mm deck as well as a modern 35 mm one.
Worktop up to 40 mm. The measurement that decides whether the fixing nut can be tightened at all, and one almost nobody publishes.
3/8 in connection. So the isolating valves under the sink can be checked before the parcel arrives.
The two claims about the metal and the valve
304 stainless for the body and a ceramic cartridge for the valve. Named rather than implied — and the cartridge is what decides whether a future drip is a cheap repair.
The gap
Height and reach. On a kitchen tap the outlet height decides whether a stockpot fits under it, and nothing here says.

Why does the worktop thickness limit matter?
The fixing stud has to pass through the worktop or sink deck and still take its nut underneath. On a thick stone top a tap with a short stud cannot be tightened at all, and very few listings state the limit. This one does.
What is a laminar jet?
A smooth, unaerated column of water that does not spatter — useful for filling a glass or a narrow-necked bottle. The spray pattern is the other half, and switching between them is what the button does.
