A folding mixer that publishes a folded height, a fold angle, a tap hole range, a worktop range and — rare and important — that it will not work on a low-pressure open heater.

The maker states that this is a high-pressure tap with two connections, and that a boiler — an open, vented heater — needs a low-pressure tap with three connections, which this is not.
That is the one genuine incompatibility on this shelf, stated by the maker rather than discovered on installation day. Look under your sink: three tails on the existing tap means an open heater, and this tap is the wrong one.

An open, vented water heater under the sink needs a tap with three connections, and it is usually obvious: the existing tap has three tails rather than two. This tap has two, and the maker states plainly that it will not do the job — which is the most useful sentence on the listing.
