Take the CECIPA for the sentence no other listing in this hub writes: it states outright that it is a two-connection high-pressure tap and will not fit an open low-pressure heater. It also folds both ways through 180°, and its aerator lifts out.
From the top of your sink deck to the underside of the window, with the window closed. Then add a finger of margin. If the gap is under 70 mm, the 60.5 mm tap is the one that passes and the 7 cm one does not.
Look under the sink at the existing tap. Three tails means an open, vented heater and you need a low-pressure tap with three connections. Both of these are two-connection high-pressure taps, and one of them says so in plain words.
