It supports one supply, so yes — but that gives a hot-only tap with the same problem in reverse. Mixing would require a thermostatic or blending valve upstream, which is a plumbing change rather than a tap setting.
The listing does not describe it, and that is worth resolving in the manual before fitting. On most sensor taps the cells sit under a cover on the body or in a box below the basin.
