What you are getting
A chrome-plated ABS hand shower with five spray modes, silicone nozzles and micro-porous outlets, supplied with a 150 cm chrome-finished stainless steel hose, both at G1/2 (20 mm).
Two wear parts, one purchase
The head scales up and the hose splits at its collar. Most people replace them a year apart and pay twice for delivery. This is both, for less than a mid-range head costs alone.
What the modes do not tell you
Five, unnamed. Compare that with the three named patterns elsewhere in this hub — rain, soft massage, power massage — which at least say what you are switching between. A count on its own is a marketing number.
The claim with nothing under it
“Up to 30 % water saving.” No litres per minute, no reference pressure, no baseline. Two products in this catalogue publish a flow with its pressure; this is not one of them.
What is genuinely stated
Micro-porous outlets for low-pressure supplies, and silicone nozzles you clear with a finger. Both are the right features for an old flat with hard water.

Are five modes useful?
Two get used: a rain and a concentrated jet. The rest are usually combinations of the two. What matters more is whether the switch is easy to turn with a wet hand — and that is not something a count tells you.
Is the hose worth having?
A stainless-clad hose at 150 cm is what most shower sets ship with, and it is the part that splits at the collar after a few years. Getting a new one in the box with the head means both wear parts are renewed at once.
