A face size, 4.7 inches, and a nozzle count, 54, are published; most budget handhelds give neither. The nozzles are soft silicone you can rub clean, and the bracket has a brass ball joint. There is a pause mode.
No flow rate. For a head sold on high pressure, that is the figure that would back it up, and in states that limit shower flow to 1.8 or 2.0 gpm it is also the figure that decides whether it may be sold to you. Ask the seller.

Soft rubber tips on the spray holes. When hard-water scale forms, you rub the nozzles with a finger and it flakes off, instead of soaking the head in vinegar. Delta calls the same idea Touch-Clean.
The listing does not say. Federal law caps shower heads at 2.5 gpm, and some states at 1.8 or 2.0. If you live in California, Colorado, New York or another state with a lower limit, ask the seller for the rated flow before buying.
It draws air into the water in the head, which makes each droplet larger and the stream feel stronger for the same flow. It does not raise the water pressure itself.
