A three-way or 2-in-1 faucet sends hot, cold and filtered water through one fixture, and the honest question is how separate the filtered waterway really is. A true design keeps the filtered line in its own tube all the way to its own outlet, so it never touches the mixed water; KRAUS calls this two independent lines. The second point is the one that costs money for years: none of these faucets includes the filter. They connect to an under-sink filter or reverse osmosis system bought separately, and some RO systems or local codes ask for an air-gap faucet, which these are not.
