Moen Engage 26112SRN handheld shower review
Moen's magnetic-dock handheld, with every fitting dimension published — 5-1/2 in face, 9-1/2 in tall, 5-5/16 in projection — a 60-inch metal hose and a 2.5 gpm flow.
Magnetix docking: the handshower releases easily and snaps back into place
6 spray settings
5-1/2 in spray face; about 9-1/2 in tall; projects about 5-5/16 in from the wall; 60 in metal hose
Spot Resist brushed nickel; standard 1/2 in IPS connection
Handheld and wall-mounted use
Dimensions you can check
Moen headed one bullet Check dimensions before purchase and gave four: face, height, projection and hose. In a narrow shower, the 5-5/16 inches the head stands off the wall is the figure that decides whether your elbow meets it.
The magnet
A handheld’s holder is where it gets annoying: a cradle you have to aim at. Magnetix replaces it with a magnet that pulls the head home. It is the feature the price pays for.
2.5 gpm
The spec table gives 2.5 gpm, the federal ceiling. California, Colorado, New York, Washington and other states limit shower heads to 1.8 or 2.0 gpm. Readers there should pick a lower-flow model; the Delta ProClean on this shelf is 1.75.

The questions we get
Can I use it in California?
Not as listed. The spec table gives 2.5 gpm, the federal maximum, and California, Colorado, New York, Washington and several other states cap shower heads at 1.8 or 2.0 gpm for sale. Look for a version marked 1.75 or 1.8 gpm, or choose the Delta ProClean on this shelf.
What is Magnetix?
Moen's magnetic dock. The handheld releases with a pull and snaps back into the holder by magnet, instead of being pushed into a cradle at the right angle. It is the reason this costs more than a basic handheld.
Will it fit my shower?
It connects to a standard 1/2-inch IPS shower arm. Moen also publishes how far it sits from the wall, about 5-5/16 inches, and its height, about 9-1/2 inches, which matter in a narrow stall or under a low ceiling.
