The two budget faucets on this shelf are near twins on paper: 304 stainless, cUPC and NSF 61, 1.8 gpm, a pause mode. This one is about ten dollars less and documents its fit better. The WEWE gives two more inches of hose and five years of warranty instead of two.
The bullets describe a ceramic cartridge tested to 500,000 cycles; the spec table says disc valve. A ceramic disc cartridge is both, so this is a labeling difference rather than a contradiction — but it is worth noting when ordering a replacement.

FORIOUS gives an overall height of 14.76 inches. Measure from the sink deck to the underside of the window frame or cabinet and keep a few inches for the handle and the spray head; the listing itself asks you to confirm sink dimensions before ordering.
They are close: both are 304 stainless, cUPC and NSF 61, 1.8 gpm, 360° swivel, with stream, spray and pause. FORIOUS is about $10 cheaper and publishes more install limits; WEWE has two more inches of hose and five years of warranty against two.
It stops the water at the spray head without moving the lever, so you keep your temperature while repositioning the spray or loading a pan.
