Compact elongated toilets are common in small American bathrooms, and a standard elongated seat overhangs them. At 18 inches, the Brevia is stated to fit both. On this shelf, no other seat says so.
Grip-Tight bumpers under the seat hold it to the rim; Quick-Attach hardware fixes it from above. Together they target the seat that shifts every time someone sits.
The fifth bullet is a warning: KOHLER does not take toilet seats back once opened. Measure from the bolt holes to the front of the bowl before you cut the plastic.

An elongated bowl shortened to fit a small bathroom, between round and full elongated in length. Many seats sold as elongated overhang it. KOHLER states the Brevia fits both, at 18 inches long.
Rubber pads under the seat that grip the rim of the bowl so the seat does not slide sideways when you sit down. They address the same complaint as Mayfair's stay-tight hinges, from the other side.
The listing says KOHLER does not accept toilet seats back once opened or out of their packaging. Measure the bowl before opening the box.
