A 10-inch stainless rain head sold with a 16-inch height-adjustable brass extension arm, so it can hang level over a wall-arm shower — cUPC listed.
A rain head on a wall arm leans forward. This one comes with a 16-inch arm that raises it and holds it level, which is what makes overhead rain work in an ordinary shower. SparkPod, on this shelf, tells you to buy such an arm separately.
A head on a long arm puts a lever on the wall fitting. Hibbent answers with a solid brass arm, lock joints and a lighter face. Tighten as the instructions describe and check the joint at the wall after the first week.
A flow rate, a thread size and a warranty. The cUPC listing is the strongest document on the page.

A wall shower arm points down at an angle. A rain head on it sprays forward rather than straight down. A 16-inch extension arm brings the head out and up so it hangs level over you. This is the only rain head on this shelf sold with one.
The IAPMO listing that a plumbing product meets the Uniform Plumbing Code in the US and Canada. It is what an inspector looks for on a permitted job.
The listing does not give one. In California, Colorado, New York, Washington and other states with shower limits, ask the seller for the rated gpm before ordering.
Same category, nearby prices, between bathroom fittings. What remains is the specifications every one publishes — half empty, a column is no use.
